massage is very therapeutic and relaxing. Thai Massage
originated 2500 years ago. Traditional Thai Massage is an
ancient system of healing with its roots in Yoga,
Ayurvedic medicine and Buddhist spiritual practice. It is
also know to many people as Nuad Phan Boran or Thai
Yoga Massage. A lot of Westerners call it Thai Yoga
Massage because it involves a lot of stretching. This
unique and complete system of Yoga therapy combines
rhythmic massage, acupressure, gentle twisting, deep
tissue, stretching and meditation. Thai Massage releases
tension, increases vitality and creates wholeness of
mind, body and spirit.
Thai Yoga Massage is practiced on the floor,but at our
spa we use yoga mats to perform our massage, so that
you are not laying down on the floor. Depending on the
masseur, he/she may use oil. If you prefer that oil is not
use, please let your masseur know in advance. During
your massage, you remain lightly clothed and at East
West Hands, we provide you some yoga pants and a t-
shirt to change into.

and foremost on carefully selected raw materials and active ingredients
taken directly from nature, which then undergo sophisticated processing
